Please note that Kuma items are handmade to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days, in addition to shipping time.

We ship within Australia via Australia Post / Sendle. Estimated delivery time is 7 business days once dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Kuma is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed parcel — just contact us at contact@kumaroots.com.au.
